Assessment of PDM Report (RAE Lagoa)

The Assessment of the PDM Report (Relatório de Avaliação da Execução do PDM de Lagoa em vigor – RAE) is an instrument that analyzes the execution of the municipal plan, from the start of the plan to the present date. This document is a support document for the beginning of the review process of the municipal plan, as it measures urban execution, based on field work and on the municipal urban process.

This report allows the assessment of the proposals on the original PDM, and if they were done or not. This report also identifies the big change factors, as it portraits the state of the municipality, in urban terms. This report does not replace the actual work, which is to be done on the review of the PDM.
