Consultancy to Municipalities and to private developers (under planning contracts between the municipalities and private developers) to make Municipal Plans (‘Planos Municipais de Ordenamento do Território/Planos Territoriais de Âmbito Municipal’) which include ‘Planos Directores Municipais’ (municipal general plans), ‘Planos de Urbanização’ (urban development zoning plans) and ‘Planos de Pormenor’ (urban design detail plans), or similar Plans, according to each country’s legislation, and support and advice on Urban Planning Management, as well as specialized technical support to several economic activities, urban regeneration, rural development, urbanistic funding programme, financial and economic feasibility and viability assessments, execution units and sustainable urban mobility plans.

Urban Development Zoning Plan making for municipalities and private developers, including all the content and thematic issues required.

Urban Design Detail Plan making for municipalities and private developers, including all the content and thematic issues required. Including specific Urban Detail Plan such as Rural Detail Plan (Plano de Intervenção em Espaço Rural), Conservation Detail Plan (PP Salvaguarda e Valorização) or Urban Rehabilitation Plan (PP Salvaguarda e Valorização).

Making Execution Units  for Municipalities or private developers.

Urban development projects and its development works, with or without a previous ‘Plano de Urbanização’ (Urban Development Plan) or ‘Plano de Pormenor’ (Urban Design Detail Plan)

Urban design, public open spaces as meeting and breathing places, and optimization of infrastructure networks having in view the optimization of the network functionality and its building and running costs.
