Making the spatial planning aspects of Transport and Mobility Intermunicipal Plan for Visão Dão Lafões, developed by VTM. This plan aimed to diagnose and define a strategy for the transport and mobility system in this sub-region.

This instrument follows the IMT guidelines (the government mobility body) and allows for a broad and intermunicipal vision for a better territory. The articulation between mobility and planning is relevant.
