Review of the Municipal General Plan of Felgueiras

The original Municipal General Plan of Felgueiras (in the North of Portugal) was approved in 1994. The current project is the review of this plan. Follow the current legislation, the review of Plan looks to give the municipality a modern plan which considers both a strategic part and urban management. In this territory, the spatial planning and strategy are particularly relevant as the industrial areas are key in the economy (local and regional) as well as to establish a balanced territorial model.
