In an area on the northern part of the city of Lagoa, a new touristic development is proposed, in line with the expansion of the city.

Looking to guarantee the development of a quality tourism development, to create new green areas, equipments that promote well-being and some comercial areas. It also looks to define the new roads on this part of the city, to connect to the existing infrastructures and to create new jobs in this new urban area.
