Housing Local Programme in Vila Real de Santo Antonio

The ‘Programa Local de Habitação de Vila Real de Santo António’ (PLHVRSA) (Housing Local Programme of Vila Real de Santo Antonio) is an instrument which sets, at a local level, the for urban and social rehabilitation and regeneration strategy for housing for this municipality, as well as the suppression of the housing needs for a ten year horizon, especially in what concerns the lower and poorer strata of the population. These are those that, not having the financial and economic conditions to acquire or to rent a house at free market values, cannot meet their housing needs.
