Arco de Baúlhe Industrial Area Viability Study

The industrial area is defined on the General Municipal Plan and it is located on the south part of the Cabeceiras de Basto municipality. South of the A7 highway.

The planning, risk and costs implications were analysed. As well as the comparison to other industrial areas nearby, on a regional scale. Also the real estate market, at a local and regional scale, and the urbanization investment analysis were made.

A Viability Study on implementing this industrial area was developed.
