Following the approval of the Urban Rehabilitation Area (ARU) of Abrantes, and looking to the design and structuring of the Urban Rehabilitation Operation (ORU), this Urban Rehabilitation Strategic Plan was developed.

This document aims to closely connect with the new European Funds 2014-2020 on urban regeneration.
